Welcome to Blairgowrie & Rattray - a historic market town with the River Ericht flowing through the centre providing riverside walks and Salmon and Trout fishing.
We have an abundance of outdoor activities on our doorstep including golf, fishing, hill walking, cycle routes, kayaking, husky rides and so on!
As you can see from the map, there is lots to see and do in the surrounding area making us an ideal base to explore Scotland!
With over 80 shops and 140 service businesses plus around 140 community groups and organisations, there is always something going on to interest you whether you live in or are visiting the town.

Weekly Bookbug Sessions Thursday 1400-1430
These are free and don't require booking at the moment.
Bookbug is the Scottish Book Trust’s national Early Years programme. Sessions are free, friendly, fun sessions of songs, rhymes and stories for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and their families and carers to enjoy together.
Our sessions are suitable for ages 0+.
There are gentle songs for bouncing babies and loads of chances to move for toddlers who’ve found their feet! There are also stories and probably a few rhymes you’ll remember from your own childhood.

LGBT Youth Scotland - Glow group

Glow is a youth group for LGBT young people aged 13- 25 across Perthshire. We are currently meeting online on the Pride & Pixels server on Discord but hope to return to face to face sessions soon.

Weekly walk for Men.
Whether you attend the Main Group Night on a Tuesday or not, come along and join in on the walk around Blairgowrie.
All abilities catered for, so you don't need to be a serious walker to take part.
Don't need to book, just come along to the Victoria Hotel, Lower Mill Street, Blairgowrie, ahead of the start time.
Ideal opportunity to chat with some of the other men, and share any difficulties you have.
Women's Walk & Talk

We meet weekly on a Thursday at 6.45pm at Nest Creative Spaces, 47 Wellmeadow PH10 6ND
Walks usually last around 1 hour or you can stay at Nest for a coffee and chat if you prefer not to walk.
Join us for a chat, a laugh and a walk.
