Community Action Plan - Install a Town Noticeboard for Rattray (RTAP)

Activities and comments:
- Look at the option of local bench fundraiser to support a bench/noticeboard option for Rattray.
- Work with other towns (Alyth) and look at their magnetic notice board options.
- Work with local council to consider the option for Free WiFi in Rattray which would allow locals and visitors to find out what’s happening online or through QR codes.
