Intro:
Blair in Bloom have organised regular and a main annual litter picks over the years with volunteers. In 2022 we decided to make the first Sunday in the month at 10am as a litter pick day for anyone that can get along starting in April.
If you require pickers and bags, please meet at the Wellmeadow at 10am. If you are able to provide a trailer to help remove the bags then please let Blair in Bloom know (email below).
We also plan to organise the town into sectors that groups could volunteer to look after but if you have a particular area that your group is happy to cover, again please let us know via email and we can update the information here to reflect that.

Please meet in the Wellmeadow at 10am if you need equipment. We would also welcome anyone with a trailer to help collect the bags of rubbish to take to the tip.
Thanks to John Mclean and Brian Campbell for providing the trailers to remove the litter collected.
Our regular volunteers normally pick in the following areas:
- Coupar Angus Road Myrerigs to Rosemount - Rotary
- Couttie Brig to Isla Bank Farm - Ian Smith
- Tannage Street down Welton Road - BRAN
- Coupar Angus Road - Gary Morgan
- Davie Park - BRDT
- Car Parks in front/behind Police Stationm and Croft Lane recycling bin area - Cllr Shiers & Cllr Brawn
- Lochy Park - Climate Cafe
Litter Pick Areas - Defining
Aim to divide the town into sections looked after on a regular basis. These areas will be taken from the Open Spaces Project.
